Initial Drawings.

• Working larger scale, more expressive drawing.
• Using a range of different medias and thickness to build up and create a layered design.
• Using paint, felt pens, oil pastels and crayons to create my own response drawings from my photos. 
• Including foiling into these drawing adding texture and bringing in a metallic feature echoing the neon lights.

Initial Drawings. 

• Main inspiration coming from neon LED lights. 
• Working with a colour scheme of blues, pinks and purples. 

• Mark making from these images trying to find ways of abstracting colour. Using white oil bars, bleach, blue mask paint with inks, paints and oil pastels to try and create a similar effects. Looking at the effects that are created through these combinations. 
• Trying to create a blurred and unclear effect by mixing medias.
